Adding applications

When adding multiple applications into a application folder, there is a dead zone where I am unable to click on the + button and instead need to get the application i want to add near the top of the scroll to be able to select it. Also when adding quite a few applications into one folder, the panel obviously gets longer, however this then prevents the user from pressing the 'Add to Dock' button as it goes behind the dock. This can easily be bypassed just by pressing enter, but i thought i should mention it. Keep up the good work
